Mémé Belle captivated me from the very first taste at a summer festival. The combination of fruity berry notes and delicate herbs was unlike anything I had encountered in the aperitif world before. But above all, the brand stuck in my mind for a long time.
When I later learned the story behind Mémé Belle, I understood why. A granddaughter and her over 90-year-old grandmother, who together spent over two years developing an aperitif, is not a story you hear every day. You immediately feel how much passion, time, and attention to detail went into this project.
Even before fassclub came into being, I was already wondering why such special products and stories weren't found much more often. When the idea for fassclub finally took shape, I immediately thought of Mémé Belle again. For me, the brand embodies exactly what fassclub is all about: exceptional products, authentic people, and stories that go far beyond the contents of a bottle.
