We ship our orders within Germany with DHL and Deutsche Post as part of the DHL GoGreen program.

Shipping costs within Germany:
• Shipping costs are €5.90
• For orders over €99, we ship free of charge within Germany.

International Shipping:
• Private customers: Shipping to other EU countries is only possible upon individual request and verification of legal requirements.
• Business customers: Deliveries to companies within the EU are generally possible. The specific tax and customs procedures will be individually checked in advance.
• Shipping to third countries outside the EU is generally possible for both private and business customers. Shipping costs will be calculated individually and must be requested in advance.

Youth Protection & Age Verification:
Alcoholic beverages are shipped exclusively via DHL with age verification (18+). Delivery of the shipment is made exclusively to adults. Delivery to minors is excluded.

Delivery Times:
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany usually takes place within 3 to 5 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).

For deliveries abroad, the delivery time is usually 5 to 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless a different agreement has been made. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Digital Vouchers:
There are no shipping costs for the provision of digital vouchers. Digital vouchers are provided by email within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract. In the case of agreed prepayment, the voucher will be provided within 24 hours after receipt of your payment. The voucher is provided via a link that you receive by email.
